QELC is Miconvey’s universal endoscopic linear cutting stapler and single-use loading unit. It is built around Triple “CC” tissue-control technology and an Intelligent Staple Height cartridge concept for controlled compression, cutting and staple formation.

QELC is designed for controlled tissue compression, cutting and staple formation in laparoscopic procedures.
Triple “CC” tissue control
Cayman Claw, Cayman Clip and Cayman Curve technologies support stable tissue capture, reduced tissue slippage and smooth passage through the tissue gap.
Intelligent Staple Height (ISH)
The fourth-generation cartridge concept optimizes tissue compression, lowers tissue stress along the outer row and improves perfusion to the cut line.
Single-use cartridge blade
A fresh blade in each cartridge helps maintain cutting sharpness and reduces cross-contamination risk.
Free rotation and articulation
The stapler body rotates 360° and the cartridge can articulate 45° left and right for access and positioning.
